Title: SO(10) GUT
Model Construction Features and Explanations of Mass and Mixing Data
Abstract: Various features
of SO(10) GUT models are reviewed, and the construction of one predictive
model leading to the LMA solar neutrino solution is considered in some
detail. Future tests of this and other models are compared with those
based on a conserved $L_e - L_\mu - L_\tau$ lepton symmetry. Extension
of the models to higher dimensions is very briefly considered.
