Title: Bayes versus Frequentism: the return of an old controversy

Abstract: It is possible to spend a lifetime analyzing data without realizing that there are these very contrasting approaches to the subject. This talk explains the differences, and gives examples from Physics and from every-day life to illustrate cases where they give different results.
