POSTDOCTORAL SCHOLAR POSITIONS,
THEORETICAL PARTICLE PHYSICS
UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, IRVINE

The theoretical particle physics group at the University of California, Irvine expects to appoint one or more Postdoctoral Scholars beginning in September 2010. The group has research interests in collider physics, electroweak symmetry breaking, supersymmetry, extra dimensions, grand unified theories, neutrinos, astroparticle physics, cosmology, and quantum gravity. Faculty Members include Mu-Chun Chen, Jonathan Feng, Herbert Hamber, Arvind Rajaraman, Yuri Shirman, and Tim Tait, and is complemented by large and diverse experimental particle physics and astrophysics groups; see http://theory.physics.uci.edu for additional information. The successful applicant will have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent; salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
